The Villa Triagoz

At the airport
- Your car is paid, already booked and waits you with our rent-a-car company. It’s a Suzuki Jimny (4wds-A/C-Autom.-HardTop). You just need a credit-card and your driver license for this service (only the deposit, fuel, extra-insurance and eventually any damage are at your charge).
- The fee includes our Concierge Service (Premium VI) that is available for all your special requests.
- Personal greeting service by Premium IV at the Airport who escorts you to the villa, shows you around & answer questions to help you settle in.
At the villa
- Daily housekeeping (except Sundays & holidays) and maintenance of pool & property.
- Staff contact & telephone number for immediate attention to any problem encountered at the villa.
- Easy walking access from the villa to popular Flamands Beach, on a well-maintained walkway, right outside the door.

- Our guests are welcome to use free of charge the facilities offered on the hotel. They can open an external account with the hotel during their stay, for Restaurant, Spa Center and services.
- If you would like to take advantage of their facilities such as the Beach, Gym, Spa, and Restaurant you should take this letter and present it to the Front Desk so that Christelle, Celine & Romain, the Hotel’s Management team, can make arrangements for you.
- Valid only during the opening of the hotel.

How-to-book
- The rates do not include 5% resort tax.
- For booking, deposit is 30% (50% for X-mas and N-Year).
- Balance and full payment have to be paid 30 days before arrival date (60 days for X-mas and N-Year).
- Wire transfers have to be used for deposit and balance.
- Full refund if cancellation is made 90 days prior to the arrival.
- For one couple we make a special rate (-10%).
- In Mid-season, a special arrangement is possible, if last minute booking or less than 7 days (-10% for 6 days, -20% for 5 days, -30% for 4 days).
- Special offers to recurring client and long time stay.
- Special honeymooners: 10% off +one SPA & Dinner (except on special offer).
