Your Suzuki-Jimny (4wds-A/C-Autom.-HardTop) is paid, already booked and waiting for you with our rent-a-car company. The car is delivered to the Airport (or Ferry).
You just need a credit-card and your driver license for this service (only the deposit, fuel, extra-insurance and eventually any damage are at your charge).
Personal greeting service by Premium IV at the Airport (or Ferry) who escorts you to the villa, shows you around & answer questions to help you settle in.
The fee includes our Concierge Service (Premium VI) that is available for all your special requests.

Daily housekeeping (except Sundays & holidays) and maintenance of pool & property.

Our guests are welcome to use free of charge the facilities offered on the hotel (Beach chair, Gym, Pool).
If you would like to take advantage of their facilities such as the Beach, Gym, Spa, you should take this letter and present it to the Front Desk so that Christelle, Celine & Romain, the Hotel’s Management team, can make arrangements for you.
You can open an external account with the hotel during your stay.
Valid only during the opening of the hotel (St.Barth Isle-de-France Hotel is closed from Sept 1st to Oct 15th-2010).

Wire transfers can to be used for deposit and balance, in US Dollars.
For booking, deposit is 30% (50% for X-mas and N-Year).
Balance and full payment have to be paid 30 days before arrival date (60 days for X-mas and N-Year).
Former guests have priority for 30 days to book to the same period the following year.
Full refund if cancellation is made 90 days prior to the arrival.
